ComicExchange was conceived December 31,1998 - New Year's Eve, with a vision of improving the value of banner ads by bundling humorous content with advertising into a single package. All via the web. By March '99, the ComicExchange rolled out a test version of the distribution software having enlisted the participation of more than 20 cartoonists from all corners of the Earth.
A year later ComicExchange distributed over 1 million FREE comic strips to hundreds of sites globally. More than 30 cartoonists submit their cartoonery via the web. ComicExchange is the only service of its kind - providing Free ever changing content for sites while providing Cartoonists a limitless opportunity to promote their work distributed to millions of websites.
Now, 15 years later, ComicExchange continues to be the resource for cartoon content to websites everywhere.
ComicExchange will continue to lead the development and marketing of web-based comic strips, with continued feature development and through innovative partnerships and affiliate program.
